Variable and floor models

Variable: your share follows the room's actual earnings after fees. Floor: a contractual minimum (by default 80% of the advance) backed by the hotel reserve, with earnings above the advance split 70% investor / 30% hotel. Returns can vary and can be lower than estimated, or zero. Terms are subject to legal review.
