How RENTIERA works

1. Search: find a branch by city, region or name at /stays. 2. Choose a room and dates: stays are a minimum of 5 nights. The price is calculated by the system from the branch's published rates. 3. Hold: the room is held for you for a short time while you finish. 4. Verify: some bookings need identity verification (a government ID reviewed by RENTIERA staff). 5. Agreement: a stay agreement with your dates, rate and house rules is generated for you to accept. 6. Pay: pay online or through the RENTIERA Storefront. The booking is confirmed only when the payment is confirmed by the system. 7. Stay: your booking is tracked from check-in to check-out.
