How long does verification take?

There is no fixed review time. Every submission is checked by a person on the RENTIERA team, and reviews are handled in the order they arrive. You can follow progress on /verification: - Submitted: received and waiting for a reviewer - Under review: a reviewer is checking it - Approved: you're verified - Requires resubmission: read the reviewer's note, fix the details or files, and submit again - Rejected: the note explains why To avoid delays: - Use an accepted ID (see What IDs are accepted?) - Upload clear, uncropped photos of both sides - Make sure your name and address match your documents You get an in-app notification when the status changes.
