Cancelling a booking

Before payment: you can cancel a booking yourself while it is held, waiting for your agreement, or waiting for payment. The room is released immediately and nothing is charged. After payment: confirmed bookings are cancelled through RENTIERA support so any refund is handled correctly. Email support@rentiera.app with your booking reference.
